Very good menu, great wines, great service and great atmosphere

Nice atmosphere with a great menu and wine list. Sometimes something is lost in the service, but is then made up for in a friendly manner.

Price performance ratio unfortunately not justified. Dishes quite tasteless, side dishes practically nonexistent (veal cheeks with hardly any amount of spaetzle), missing ingredients (fillet tips - not with linguine as on the menu, no mushrooms to be found, meat tough), Unfortunately, the service does not come close to the price range.

The best restaurant in Munich, fantastic wine list and delicious food

From our point of view, a meeting there is to be recommended. The inn is really extremely stylishly furnished. No cheap decoration, but the colors were all very nicely matched to each other. Certainly I come here with my people and can rely on the impeccable service, where it has never happened to me that a dish is not warm on the table. The choice of drinks leaves nothing to be desired.

Awesome restaurant with many wine choices and a good kitchen.

This place is very near to Munich main station. Plenty of good option for wine. Food is delicious. The main attraction was their amazing desserts. Each dish looks like piece of art as well. Food here is pricey but they are worth the money. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are a foodie and always looking to try new things, this is perfect for you.

Fine dining restaurant with a great selection and very delicious dishes. I believe Vinothek by Geisel restaurant has gone to the top of my list for Mediterranean food in Munich. Highly recommended for a business diner and most the dishes are tasty, specially the ravioli and the duck. Very special thanks to the staff for the great service and recommendations, Keep it up ??

My wife did the homework, finding Vinothek (pronounced Veenoh-Tek) as part of our Munich-Venice holiday sojourn. Her research was affirmed with a strong recommendation from our concierge (superb) at our excellent hotel (Eden Hotel Wolff). Barely a five-minute stroll found us rewarded with a restaurant combining classy with cozy…underscored by terrific cuisine. Our foursome had dishes ranging from seafood risotto (saffron seasoning A+) to beef tartar to saltimbocca to lamb. MVI (item) award to the singularly succulent warm, olive-oil-infused bread. MVI #2 – prosciutto w/buffalo mozzarella. MVI #3 – our server, Lita (sp.) and the entire serving staff. Proficient, courteous, personable and overall dedicated to making sure our meal was satisfactory. It was memorable. If you are aiming for a dining variation on the standard Bavarian fare (read sausage), within a comfortable, unhurried setting, find your way to VinoThek. Vielen Dank, All!

Great service and wine

Service was very rude and salmon platter was very fishy (old). Save your money and go somewhere else. They truly do not care about you or your experience.

Exceptional wine bar in the center of Munich close to central station. The wine list shows a great variety and depth. The crew is fantastic!

This wine bar is great. Seems like a very popular place, and the wine selection is really good for my taste. Indeed I found the 2013 Sicilian red wine, and it was tasty!

We had a fabulous meal, excellent service and a diverse choice of wines by the glass on our recent visit. Our server ( young man with beard) gave great recommendations and was obviously very into his work. Great to see the passion in providing an awesome experience. He made a difference. We loved our visit so much we came back the next night for dessert again.

What all other dinning experiences should aspire to be. Bravo Robert(Manager) and team for providing our best European dinning experience!

Great service, good wine selection, good food with reasonable price!

Restaurant near the central station of Monaco. An ideal place to eat something different than the usual frankfurters, shin and the like. There is a wide selection of wines, so you can also taste German wines. I ordered a glass of white wine and it was very good. The food is excellent and the dishes are made with care. Portions are plentiful, so consider ordering half a portion. Prices are average. The restaurant is very nice and the staff is courteous.

Wine and food was great but the service was very rude.

Very limited vegetarian options. However, they came up with a great salad which was not on the menu. The service was a little bit slow as we had to ask several times for butter for the bread and the bill. The food is really good.

Limited menu with options for fish, meat or vegetarian dishes. 3 course menu on offer for 45 eur. Food is excellent quality with balanced flavor combinations. Friendly service. Terrace or cozy seating in a nice cellar with soft relaxing music. Highly recommended!

Excellent atmosphere and pork main meal.

Fantastic little restaurant with lovely ambiance and a professional wait staff. We ate light and had the ravioli and the homemade tagliatelle. Both were very good. A delicious glass of wine was recommended as well. I would definitely return.

Incredible food and ambiance! I'll definitely come back if I can during my trip. Expect to pay around 50€ per person, completely worth it.

The place is popular. The food is good and the service is meticulous. We ordered different courses, so the service asked how we would like the courses to be served. When my soup was served, there was a small portion served for my partner. We were happy surprised and we also liked the soup very much.

Rainy night in Munich. Didn’t want to venture far from our Hotel near the Central Station. Did a quick Google search and found this, I was fortunate to get a table for two, excellent service great fresh food what a find!
